Nova Profile

The Nova Profile is a psychometric tool that identifies behavioural preferences including leadership and communication styles, skills and personal motivations. 

The tool helps an individual become aware of how their natural and adapted styles impact their results and energy levels. 

After completing their Nova questionnaire, they will receive a one-on-one 2-hour debriefing session so they have a clear understanding of their strengths and areas to develop.

Your Team Nova and Workshop

Once everyone on your team has completed their individual Nova Profiles, a Team Nova can be created to consolidate results and identify the Team's strengths and areas to develop.

This is an extremely effective tool to be able to address team dynamics and challenges.

 To ensure the full benefits of the Team Nova are achieved, a full-day interactive workshop provides the opportunity to learn and grow as a group.

Your Team Nova Sessions
