LJ founded Go Forward Fearlessly to help forward-thinking leaders authentically and consciously create positive organizational culture.  

As an expert facilitator and certified NOVA practitioner, LJ compassionately and strategically guides her clients through professional development journeys of awareness and action shaped by evidence and mindfulness.

LJ supports leaders to openly grow with their team and to make the impact they desire.  As a graduate of Eckhart Tolle's course 'Becoming a Teacher of Presence', LJ also helps leaders connect to the energy and simplicity of the present moment. 

LJ's background as a CBC Journalist and HIGH FIVE National Director taught her the value of quality and accountability which she uses to help clients raise the bar on their vision for themselves, their team and their organization.  She is also a consultant with Sport Law and works with all levels of sport organizations in Canada. 

With a blend of intuitive guidance and pragmatic action, LJ helps leaders recognize their own potential and the potential of their teams to achieve their vision.
