As an expert facilitator, somatic coach, and Nova practitioner with more than 30 years experience in organizational culture, management and strategy, I support leaders to create phenomenal teams with a growth mindset and aligned action.

From my background as a CBC Journalist and HIGH FIVE National Director, I understand the value of quality and accountability,  which I use to help C-suite executives and senior management raise the bar on their vision for themselves, their teams, and their organization.

Together, we build authentic, high-performing teams through the power of conscious leadership. As a graduate of the Inner MBA and Eckhart Tolle's 'Becoming a Teacher of Presence', I also help leaders connect to the simplicity of the present moment to gain clarity in the midst of chaos to achieve their desired impact. 

Additionally, as a consultant with Sport Law, I work with all levels of sport organizations in Canada, supporting them in creating positive culture, strategic effectiveness and operational efficiency.
